How to Enroll
Partnering with families to mutually assess if Green Cove is the right fit for their child is the most important part of our jobs! The best first step to help us get to know your family is to review our application process and complete our Inquiry Form.
Step 1: Complete this brief Inquiry Form – Upon receipt of this form, we will be in touch to arrange a time to chat about your child and Green Cove.
Step 2: Complete Supporting Materials:
- Parent Questionnaire
- Permission for the Release of Information
- Camper Questionnaire
- Professional Questionnaire
We require this questionnaire from TWO professionals per applicant, at least one of whom is a teacher/school professional who has worked with the child in a group setting.
Step 3: Camper meeting – We will arrange to meet you and your prospective camper either in-person or via video chat.
Step 4: Online Camper Enrollment Form.

2025 Dates and Rates
Session 1 … Mon July 7 – Fri July 25 (3 weeks) … $5,600
Session 2 … Mon July 28 – Fri August 15 (3 weeks) … $5,600
Both Sessions . . . Mon July 7 – Fri August 15 (6 weeks) … $10,000
Financial assistance is available. Round-trip transportation and early drop-off / late pick-up will incur additional fees.
